What file formats can I use?

The acceptable formats in which you can send your files, blueprints, and artworks are:

How am I billed?

St. Louis Blueprints sends the billing once you have placed an order online, thus ensuring the timely delivery of your blue prints and plans. We accept all major credit cards.

How do I get my prints?

We use FedEx Ground® Business delivery, today’s most cost-effective, day-definite, and reliable shipping service, with 100 percent coverage to all U.S. business addresses. All St. Louis Blueprints shipments made before 2 PM normally arrive within one to two business days, depending on where you are in St. Louis.

What options are available for scanning?

St. Louis Blueprints offers high-resolution digital scanning services in color and monochrome. Available formats include PDF, TIF/TIFF, and JPG/JPEG. For your black and white scans, you may choose between two resolution options – 200 dpi or 400 dpi. Your scans are delivered by E-mail, FTP (File Transfer Protocol), storage in a CD or DVD, or upload to a secure password-protected folder for download on any computer with Internet access.

Is it secure?

Yes. As part of St. Louis Blueprints’ commitment to its customers, we have partnered with Authorize.Net, an industry-leading payment gateway for accepting online payments.
